Natural Thermal Water Property with 7 natural water sources

This beautiful thermal water property has seven natural water sources, including hot springs ideal for developing a tourist project. The location is in Dos Ríos de Upala, one of the most attractive natural tourism areas, just 700 meters from the Blue River Lodge Hotel, the Parque de Dinosaurs, the Mawamba Tourist Center, and on the way to the Sensoria Spa.

The property is a true farm in the middle of nature, in an area full of vegetation, where the closest city in Liberia, which has the International Airport, just 50 minutes away and where all kinds of markets are located, hospitals and current needs, which makes it easier to live better and enjoy in paradise.

The farm currently has three properly legalized water sources, one approved for thermal tourist use (hot water); the other two sources are cold-water, human consumption, and irrigation of the property.

The legalized water sources are:

1-) Thermal Source. This natural water source is ideal for tourist exploitation since it allows the construction of a swimming pool or several thermal water pools, which is well known in the area.

2-) Source for human consumption. This source of water allows the availability of natural and pure water service for human consumption, as well as supply in the different buildings and the possibility of building swimming pools.

3-) Source for irrigation. This water source is significant to maintain the abundant vegetation of the property and provide the feeling of being in a tropical paradise all year round.

 

It is important to indicate that the farm has four water springs at different points, which can also be used for different uses, so there is an abundant water supply throughout the year.

On the thermal water property, there is the main house, two cabin areas, and other buildings in different parts of the property.

The main house on the Thermal Water Property consists of:

– Main room with private bathroom and walk-in closet. With ceiling fan.

– 2 additional rooms. With ceiling fans.

– 1 bathroom.

– Living-dining room with an open area, which connects with the kitchen through the breakfast area. With ceiling fans.

– Roofed terraces at the front and back of the property.

– Laundry room.

– Electric door.

– Also in the back, there is a two-story ranch-viewpoint made of tropical woods, which is used to view the forest, which is a beautiful spectacle in the rain, with water and electricity service.

 

The cabin area is made up of:

– Five individual cabins.

– A shared front terrace.

– Each cabin has a bathroom and an open room where a small kitchen with breakfast area and laundry is located,

– A laundry area

 

Additionally, on the farm, there is:

1-) 700 meters of internal roads, manageable by car all year round.

2-) Hiking routes.

3-) 300 orange trees.

4-) A small house of about 42 square meters, which is used to house the guard or maintenance person.

5-) A cabin of about 42 square meters, very close to the hot water source.

6-) A small wooden ranch with two floors.

7-) There is also a washing area for agricultural use and a water tank.

As a crucial detail, previously natural and thermal pools were built on the farm, as well as areas for tourist enjoyment, where the owner decided to eliminate them to start a new project. Still, in the end, he did not carry it out. However, we have all the support and data from them to demonstrate the great tourist investment that this property represents.

The farm has a wide flora and fauna, with a great variety of trees and where, having a great variety of water sources, it is widespread to see animals in the area.

The Aguas Claras area is known as one of the best areas for natural tourism. It is straightforward to have expeditions in the middle of the forest, in natural rivers, visit volcanoes, or tourist attractions on horseback, a place to connect with nature.
